It’s been six years since I lost my best friend and that’s a pain that I’ve had to share with many whose lives were touched by Tim. The beautiful thing about our friendship was that it was so much like a bond between two brothers that I often sit back and just smile about all our good times. Even now, as I watch my little man prepare for his brother to enter the world, I laugh out loud at his interpretation of what’s going on. What’s more, I laugh inside because I see a little bit of what made Tim and I so close in this picture. Unafraid to try and make someone laugh and always happy when we succeeded. I just know I would’ve thought to put a balloon under my shirt and pretended to be pregnant… and I know at least one man who’d have laughed with me…. Miss you Tim!

I hope you three are doing well as you prepare for the new addition to arrive. I'm already looking forward to Thanksgiving and seeing the whole gang again!
