We had a great time in Lake Placid this past weekend but I can tell you, with the same certainty that I have that the Yankees are the greatest baseball team ever, I’m no longer able to stay up until 2am without becoming a very evil person. 

It was a great opportunity for Jenn and I to get away but we should’ve spent a bit more time sleeping and a bit less time burning the midnight oil.  We did get a chance to experience mother nature at its most beautiful with a quick hike up Pitch-Off mountain on our way out of town.  If you’ve never been, you need to make some time to do it.  Get some sleep though before you do!
